CEO, Conrad L. Smith, Jr. B.S., Biology, UCLA, ’07, and his wife, a nurse, founded a medical transportation firm in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, in response to the lack of access of the underserved to care, primarily safe transportation to and from thrice weekly dialysis treatment, all while serving as a sworn peace officer. Conrad guided the firm, T.L.C. Non Emergency Medical Transportation, Inc., in its growth from personal medical services provider to supplier of medical supplies, prescription delivery, and procurement of Durable Medical Equipment (DME). His career in law enforcement encompasses commendations, high-risk assignments and liaising with legal professionals, including Assistant District Attorneys and Judges. His 13 years spent conducting investigations, processing evidence and filing cases has sharpened his skills and capabilities within legal and regulatory environments, which demand ethical consciousness and strict attention to detail. He has applied his law enforcement background in combination with 21 years’ experience in logistics at a national trucking firm to build RYTYDAR Enterprises, a mission-driven supplier, focused on serving, partnering with, and problem-solving for the DLA.
Our goal and focused mission: Concentrated service to our valued military personnel (Our “Warfighters”) in every way
